By accessing or using our choozimo.com website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Accuracy: Choozimo strives to provide accurate and well-researched product summaries. However, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Take-Down Requests for Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that material on Choozimo infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing:

a) A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed;
b) The URL of the infringing material;
c) Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
d) A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
e) A statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Arbitration Agreement

Before filing any formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, United States. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a Wyoming state or federal court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Claims eligible for small-claims court may be brought there.
